1. Airport Transfers
Cancellation:
– Cancellations made **24 hours or more** prior to the scheduled transfer will receive a **full refund**.
– Cancellations made **less than 24 hours** before the scheduled transfer are **non-refundable**.
No-show Policy:
– In the case of a **no-show** (failure to show up for the transfer), no refund will be issued.
Flight Delays or Cancellations:
– If your flight is delayed, we will do our best to accommodate the new arrival time without extra charge. However, cancellations due to flight delays that result in missing your transfer are **non-refundable**.
– If your flight is canceled, a full refund is available if you notify us within **12 hours** of the scheduled transfer time.

2. Tours and Excursions
Cancellation:
– Cancellations made **48 hours or more** before the scheduled tour or excursion will receive a **full refund**.
– Cancellations made **24-48 hours** before the scheduled tour will receive a **50% refund**.
– Cancellations made **less than 24 hours** before the scheduled tour are **non-refundable**.
Weather Cancellations:
– Tours canceled due to severe weather conditions will be **fully refunded** or rescheduled at the customer’s preference, subject to availability.

3. Group Bookings (5+ People)
*Cancellation:*
– Group bookings must be canceled **72 hours or more** before the scheduled transfer or tour to receive a **full refund**.
– Cancellations made **48-72 hours** before the booking will receive a **50% refund**.
– Cancellations made **less than 48 hours** before the scheduled transfer or tour are **non-refundable**.

4. Refund Process
– Refunds will be processed within **7 business days** of receiving the cancellation request.
– Refunds will be issued to the **original payment method** used for the booking.
– Please allow up to **10 business days** for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Changes to Bookings
– Modifications to airport transfer bookings can be made without charge up to **12 hours** before the scheduled pickup time, subject to availability.
– Changes to tour or excursion bookings can be made up to **24 hours** before the scheduled start time, subject to availability.
